Frequently Asked Questions
How do I contact the PGMI helpline?
Text via WhatsApp to 0349-5616101 from your registered mobile number, including your full name, CNIC number, email address and a brief description of the issue.
I did not receive the registration verification email. What should I do?
Check spam/junk, then check the email address shown on the login page. If correct, use the “Resend” link on the login page; if still unsuccessful, contact the PGMI helpline on WhatsApp.
How does JazzCash payment work?
Selecting JazzCash generates a voucher, printable from the last page titled “Undertaking”. In remote areas without JazzCash, a friend in Peshawar can deposit the fee using your voucher number. Keep the TID number from the dealer for your record.
What if my JazzCash voucher expires?
Vouchers are time-limited. If one expires, contact the PGMI helpline for a new one. No new vouchers will be issued after the application deadline.
Can I apply in more than one specialty?
Yes. Submit the first application and fee, then use the “FCPS Admission Form” on your dashboard again for the next specialty, paying a separate fee for each. After the final merit list you must choose one specialty and surrender the others.
What does my user dashboard show?
Form Status (Submitted/Pending), Marks Verification (shows Verified after PGMI review – check any corrections), Eligibility Verification (PGMI’s decision within a few days – respond promptly to remarks) and Payment Status (“Completed” confirms JazzCash payment).
Do I need to submit printed forms to PGMI?
Not for this cycle after online submission. If selected, you must bring the printed application form with uploaded documents, pages numbered and showing your User ID, to be submitted with your Arrival Report.
When and where is the PGMI Entrance Test?
On 29 November 2026 (First Fellowship only). Download your roll number slip from the ETEA website after 21 November 2026; it will show the date, time, venue and instructions. Strict compliance is mandatory.
I have previous postgraduate training. What must I upload?
If previously enrolled with PGMI Peshawar, upload an official notification of resignation/termination/relieving dated before 6 November 2026 on the “Previous Postgraduate Training” page – a resignation letter alone is not sufficient. If not previously enrolled with PGMI, only an experience certificate is required.
