🏥 Medical Vacancies

1. Population Welfare Department

Post: Assistant Director (Medical) / Deputy DPWO / Field Medical Officer / Medical Officer (Female) – BPS-17

  • Total Posts: 55
    • General Merit (Female): 51 (Rural: 31, Urban: 20)
    • Differently Abled Person Quota (Female): 02 (Rural: 01, Urban: 01)
    • Minority Quota (Female): 02 (Rural: 01, Urban: 01)
  • Age Limit: 21 to 35 years
  • Required Qualifications: * MBBS from a recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by the PMDC.
    • One-year house job in medicine or surgery (preferably in Gynecology & Obstetrics or Anesthesia).
    • Valid registration with the PMDC.

2. Women Development Department

Post: Medical Officer (Day Care Center) – BPS-17

  • Total Posts: 01 (General Merit Female – Urban)
  • Age Limit: 21 to 28 years
  • Required Qualifications: * Degree in MBBS from a recognized University.
    • Registered with PMDC.
    • At least two (02) years of experience as a Pediatrician.

📋 Additional Vacancies in Women Development Department

  • Assistant Director (WE&P): 08 Posts (Age: 21-28). Requires a Master’s or 16 years of education (at least 2nd Division) in Sociology, Social Work, Criminology, Gender Studies, or Women Studies.
  • Psychologist (Women Complaint Cell): 24 Posts (Age: 23-30). Requires a Master’s or 16 years of education (at least 2nd Division) in Psychology + 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Law Officer (Women Complaint Cell): 02 Posts (Age: 26-35). Requires an L.L.B. (at least 2nd Division) + 5 years of experience standing at the bar as an Advocate in Court.

📝 Important Instructions & How to Apply

  1. Application Method: Manual applications will not be entertained. Candidates must apply online through the official SPSC website: www.spsc.gov.pk.
  2. Challan Generation: SPSC has implemented an online fee submission process. Candidates must generate a PSID before making the Challan payment of Rs. 500/- through any online payment channel (using the 1 Bill invoice/Service option). One Challan is acceptable for all categories of one post.
  3. Application Deadline: The online application feature will be available round the clock until 05:00 P.M. on the closing date (May 04, 2026). Don’t wait until the last day; apply as early as possible to avoid server issues.
  4. Age Relaxation: General age relaxation is applicable as per Notification No.SOII (SGA&CD) 5-64/2011(Part-II) dated 06.03.2025 (except for Police Service and Combined Competitive Exams).
  5. Documentation: Options exercised during the application (e.g., Domicile, Age, Qualification, Centre) cannot be changed after the closing date. Ensure you possess the required qualifications, experience, and relevant certificates by the closing date of the advertisement.
