Tips
- Keep 2–3 attested photocopies of every document — many hospitals ask for attested copies with the application
- Scan each document as a clear PDF or JPG — online portals often limit file size, so keep scans small and readable
- Carry all originals to the interview or verification
- Check the advert for fee challans and deadlines — some forms are rejected if the fee is paid late or to the wrong account
