IHHN is hiring for various departments ranging from Consultants and Registrars to Nursing Staff and Technicians. Please review the eligibility criteria below.
1. Medical Consultants & Specialists
| Department | Position | Qualification | Experience Required |
| Adult Cardiac Surgery | Consultant | FCPS (Cardiac Surgery) or equivalent | 6-7 years post-FCPS in tertiary care. Preference to CPSP supervisors. |
| Pediatric Intensive Care | Consultant | FCPS (Pediatric Critical Care) or equivalent | 4-5 years post-FCPS in PICU/Pediatric Cardiac Surgery. |
| Pediatric Neurology | Consultant | FCPS (Pediatric Neurology) or equivalent | 4-5 years post-FCPS in Pediatric Neurology. |
| Radiology | Consultant | FCPS (Radiology) or equivalent | 4-5 years post-fellowship in Cross-section Radiology. Preference to CPSP supervisors. |
| Critical Care Medicine | Consultant | FCPS (Critical Care Medicine) or equivalent | 6-7 years post-FCPS in ICU. Preference to CPSP supervisors. |
| Pediatric Emergency Medicine | Consultant | FCPS (Pediatric Medicine) with Fellowship in Peds ER | 5-6 years post-FCPS in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. |
| Psychiatry | Consultant | FCPS (Psychiatry) or equivalent | 6-7 years post-FCPS in Psychiatry. |
2. Registrars & Medical Officers
| Department | Position | Qualification | Experience Required |
| Pediatric Intensive Care | Senior Registrar | FCPS (Peds Medicine) + Fellowship in PICU | 6 months post-FCPS. Fresh FCPS may also apply. |
| Pediatric Cardiology | Senior Registrar | FCPS (Peds Medicine) or equivalent | FCPS (Peds Medicine) & fellowship completed in Pediatric Cardiology. |
| Neonatal Pediatrics | Sr. Medical Officer | MBBS with MCPS (Peds) or DCH Passed | 2 years structured training or >5 years relevant experience. |
3. Nursing Services
| Position | Department / Specialty | Qualification | Experience |
| Assistant Head Nurse | NICU | BScN / Post RN BScN, valid PNC | 5-7 years bedside exp. + 2-3 years as Team Lead in NICU. |
| Assistant Head Nurse | Obstetrics & Gynecology | BScN / Post RN BScN, valid PNC | 5-7 years bedside exp. + 2-3 years as Team Lead in Obs & Gyn. |
| Staff Nurse | Obs & Gyn, NICU, Peds & Surgical Wards, Peds Cardiac ICU | BScN / Post RN BScN, Diploma | 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field. |
| Midwife | NICU & Obs & Gyn | Diploma in Midwifery with valid PNC | 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field. |
4. Operation Surgery & Technical Staff

| Operative Room | Staff Nurse | BScN / Post RN BScN / Diploma | 2-3 years of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery experience. |
| Operative Room | Technician | Matric + Diploma of O.T Technician (SMF) | 2-3 years of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery experience. |
| Anesthesiology / Pain Mgmt | Technician | Matric + Diploma of Anesthesia Technician (SMF) | 2-3 years of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery experience. |
