1. Medical Consultants & Specialists

| Adult Cardiac Surgery | Consultant | FCPS (Cardiac Surgery) or equivalent | 6-7 years post-FCPS in tertiary care. Preference to CPSP supervisors. |
| Pediatric Intensive Care | Consultant | FCPS (Pediatric Critical Care) or equivalent | 4-5 years post-FCPS in PICU/Pediatric Cardiac Surgery. |
| Pediatric Neurology | Consultant | FCPS (Pediatric Neurology) or equivalent | 4-5 years post-FCPS in Pediatric Neurology. |
| Radiology | Consultant | FCPS (Radiology) or equivalent | 4-5 years post-fellowship in Cross-section Radiology. Preference to CPSP supervisors. |
| Critical Care Medicine | Consultant | FCPS (Critical Care Medicine) or equivalent | 6-7 years post-FCPS in ICU. Preference to CPSP supervisors. |
| Pediatric Emergency Medicine | Consultant | FCPS (Pediatric Medicine) with Fellowship in Peds ER | 5-6 years post-FCPS in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. |

2. Registrars & Medical Officers

| Neonatal Pediatrics | Sr. Medical Officer | MBBS with MCPS (Peds) or DCH Passed | 2 years structured training or >5 years relevant experience. |
3. Nursing Services

| Staff Nurse | Obs & Gyn, NICU, Peds & Surgical Wards, Peds Cardiac ICU | BScN / Post RN BScN, Diploma | 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field. |
| Midwife | NICU & Obs & Gyn | Diploma in Midwifery with valid PNC | 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field. |
