⏰ Last Date: Monday, 16 November 2026The Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT), Karachi – a 1,500-bedded tertiary healthcare institution providing free-of-cost specialised treatment for renal, liver and related diseases – has invited applications from eligible candidates for its Postgraduate Training Programs, January 2027 Session. The induction covers FCPS-II training in 12 disciplines, IMM training in Medicine and Surgery, MCPS in three disciplines, and FCPS Second Fellowship programs in nine sub-specialties, plus additional fellowships in Nephrology and Urology.

Application Procedure
Admissions are only online through the SIMS admission portal. The last date for submission of the application form is Monday, 16 November 2026. Applications submitted by e-mail or by hand will not be entertained.

What is the eligibility for FCPS-II training at SIUT?
FCPS Part-I in the relevant specialty as per CPSP requirements. For Urology and Nephrology, two years of training in the relevant specialty is also required, with preference for candidates who have cleared IMM.
Can I apply for MCPS without FCPS Part-I?
Yes. MCPS training in Anaesthesiology, Diagnostic Radiology and Ophthalmology requires MBBS with a one-year house job from a PMDC-recognised institution.
Who can apply for the Second Fellowship programs?
Candidates holding FCPS (First Fellowship) in the relevant specialty as per CPSP requirements. The additional fellowships in Nephrology and Urology require FCPS in Medicine or Surgery respectively.
What is the last date to apply?
Monday, 16 November 2026. Applications are accepted online only at sims.siut.edu.pk/admission.
Is there an entry test?
Yes. Eligible candidates will appear in an entry test, and shortlisted candidates will be called for an in-person interview.
