Career opportunity for MBBS doctors with 1–2 years of clinical experience. Malir residents will be given first preference.
Duty shifts
Shifts run on a monthly rotation basis:

| Morning | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 6 hours |
| Evening | 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM | 6 hours |
| Night (alternate) | 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM | 12 hours |
Alternate night shifts are mandatory for all selected candidates.
Key responsibilities and requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree or equivalent from a recognized institute.
- Lead clinical rounds and present challenging diagnostic or therapeutic cases directly to attending consultants.
- Take charge of first-line emergency management and stabilization during acute patient deterioration until the consultant arrives.
- Assist in scheduling and managing shift rotations, and evaluate the punctuality and efficiency of junior residents.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
