Management, Administrative & Engineering Roles
1. Project Director (Pill Grant)
- Location: Head Office, Karachi.
- Qualifications: MBBS and MBA from a recognized institution with a minimum of 08-10 years of relevant experience in the health sector. Must have Director-level experience with strong expertise in administration and project management.
2. Deputy Project Director (Pill Grant)
- Location: Hyderabad.
- Qualifications: M. Phil in Psychology from an HEC-recognized institution. Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in a research organization. Knowledge of Psychological therapies is required.
3. Manager MNCH
- Location: Head Office, Karachi.
- Qualifications: MBBS only, OR BDS with MSPH/MPH, OR BSN with MSPH/MPH. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Minimum 03 years of experience in maternal and child health programs/Public Health.
- Age Limit: Less than 45 years.
4. Project Officer (Regional) (Gates Foundation)
- Locations: Sukkur, Karachi, Larkana.
- Qualifications: MBBS with DGO/MCPS or Equivalent Degree in OBGYN with 01-year experience at the District/Regional/Provincial level in an MNCH-related project OR MBBS or MPH or MSPH with 03 years’ experience in project management, preferably in the MNCH field.
5. Project Officer (District) (WFP-BISP)
- Locations: All over Sindh.
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Public Health/ Nutrition/ Project Management/ Epidemiology/ Biostatistics/ Health Policy/ Psychology or Pharm-D. Minimum 02 years of working experience in Health/Nutrition or Development Projects. The candidate must possess good reporting, writing, MS-Office, and Data Analysis skills.
6. Executive Construction
- Locations: All over Sindh.
- Qualifications: Bachelors in Civil Engineering registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with a minimum of 03 years of relevant experience, OR B. Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 05 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to those having experience in construction, repair & renovation of buildings, preparation of estimates, understanding layouts, reading drawings, and knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD Software.
7. Assistant HR
- Locations: All over Sindh.
- Qualifications: MBA (HR) / Masters in Human Resource Management (preference given to candidates with relevant field experience) OR BBA with majors in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 01 year of experience in a relevant field within a reputable organization.
8. Social Organizer
- Locations: All over Sindh.
- Qualifications: Masters in Social Science (preference given to candidates with relevant field experience) OR Graduate in Social Sciences with a minimum of 01 year of experience in Community Mobilization, Monitoring, and Evaluation, especially in health-related projects.
9. Data Center Engineer
- Location: Hyderabad.
- Qualifications & Duties: BE/BS in Computer Science, Computer Systems, IT, or Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Seeking an engineer to ensure the reliability, security, and 100% uptime of critical data center operations. Responsibilities include managing physical and logical infrastructure, monitoring networks and server health, and maintaining power/cooling systems. Includes firewall implementation, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery protocols. Will coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams.
Medical & Specialist Roles
10. Gynecologist
- Locations: SGH Naudero (Larkana), RHC Islamkot (Mithi), RHC Bhulri Shah Kareem (Tando Muhammad Khan), RHC Nindo (Badin), RHC Halani (NausheroFeroz), THQ Rato Dero (Larkana).
- Qualifications: MBBS with FCPS/MCPS/Diploma in Gyne & Obs OR equivalent in a relevant specialty. Preferably 02 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting.
- Special Allowances: A monthly qualification allowance is admissible in addition to the standard salary: Rs. 40,000/- for MCPS and Rs. 70,000/- for FCPS or equivalent.
11. Anesthetist
- Locations: MCHC Murad Memon (Malir), SGH Naudero (Larkana), RHC Bhit Shah (Matiari), RHC Tando Jam (Hyderabad), THQ Dokri (Larkana), RHC Bhan Saeedabad (Jamshoro), MCHC Mirwah (Mirpurkhas), THQ Rato Dero (Larkana), RHC Bhulri Shah Kareem (Tando Muhammad Khan), RHC Jhudo (Mirpurkhas), RHC Nindo (Badin), RHC Halani (NausheroFeroz).
- Qualifications: MBBS with FCPS/MCPS/FRCA/MRCA/Diploma in Anesthesia OR equivalent in a relevant specialty. Preferably 02 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting.
- Special Allowances: A monthly qualification allowance is admissible in addition to the standard salary: Rs. 40,000/- for MCPS and Rs. 70,000/- for FCPS or equivalent.
12. Sonologist
- Locations: MCHC Mirpur Mathelo (Ghotki), SGH Naudero (Larkana), THQ Rato Dero (Larkana), RHC Bhan Saeedabad (Jamshoro).
- Qualifications: MBBS with FCPS/MCPS/DMRD OR equivalent in a relevant specialty. Preferably 02 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant clinical setting.
- Special Allowances: A monthly qualification allowance is admissible in addition to the standard salary: Rs. 40,000/- for MCPS and Rs. 70,000/- for FCPS or equivalent.
13. Pediatrician
- Locations: MCHC Mirpur Mathelo (Ghotki), SGH Naudero (Larkana), RHC Bhulri Shah Kareem (Tando Muhammad Khan), RHC Nindo (Badin).
- Qualifications: MBBS with MCPS/FCPS/MRCPCH/DCH in a relevant specialty. Preferably 01 year of post-qualification experience in a relevant clinical setting.

14. Dental Surgeon
- Locations: RHC Kandhra (Sukkur), RHC Dadloi (Sukkur), RHC Garelo (Larkana), RHC Banguldero (Larkana), RHC Chohar Jamali (Sujawal).
- Qualifications: BDS from a recognized institute with a valid PMDC/PMC certificate. Preferably 01 year of post-qualification experience.
15. Optometrist
- Locations: Matiari, Tando Mohammad Khan, Badin, Jacobabad, Kamber, Jamshoro-B, Kashmore, Mithi, Sukkur.
- Qualifications: BS in Vision Science (04 years) OR an equivalent degree from a recognized institute. Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience with an eye care setup.
Allied Health & Technician Roles
16. Dental Technician
- Locations: RHC Kandhra (Sukkur), RHC Karampur (Kashmore), RHC Kario Ganhwar (Badin-B), RHC Tangwani (Kashmore), RHC Jhudo (Mirpurkhas), RHC Old Thana (Malir).
- Qualifications: Diploma in Dental Technician recognized by PNC/Sindh Medical Faculty. Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience. Local candidates preferred. Age limit: 45 years.
17. X-Ray Technician
- Locations: RHC Islamkot (Mithi), RHC Jaffar Khan Laghari (Sanghar-A), RHC Halani (NausheroFeroz), RHC Karampur (Kashmore), RHC Kario Ganhwar (Badin-B), THQ Kashmore, RHC Jhudo (Mirpurkhas).
- Qualifications: Diploma in Radiology/X-ray Technician recognized by PNC/Sindh Medical Faculty. Minimum 02 years of experience. Local candidates preferred. Age limit: 45 years.
18. OT Technician
- Locations: Jannat Gul, RHC Bhan Saeed Abad (Jamshoro-B), RHC Daur (Shaheed Benazir Abad), Murad Memon Hospital (DO), Ibrahim Hyderi (DO), RHC Halani (NausheroFeroz).
- Qualifications: Diploma in OT Technician recognized by PNC/Sindh Medical Faculty. Minimum 02 years of experience. Local candidates preferred. Age limit: 45 years.
19. Technician Laboratory
- Locations: Thatta, Karachi 02, Jamshoro-B, Malir.
- Qualifications: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, having registration with the Sindh Medical Faculty. Experienced candidates will be preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
