Instructions by Specialty
The notice divides the selected trainees into two distinct categories. Please check which category your specialty falls into below.
1. General Medicine, General Surgery, Ob/Gyn & Orthopaedics
If you have been selected in one of these four major specialties, you are required to complete your documentation beforeyour interview.
- Step 1: Visit the JPMC Accounts Section.
- Step 2: Produce your NTS Voucher slip to collect your Forms.
- Step 3: Submit the forms along with all relevant documents to the Education and Training Section.
- Interview Date: You must complete the above steps before appearing for your interview on Saturday, January 10, 2026.
2. All Other Specialties
For trainees selected in specialties other than the four listed above:
- Step 1: Visit the JPMC Accounts Section with your NTS Voucher slip to collect your Forms.
- Step 2: Submit the forms and documents to the Education and Training Section.
- Goal: This process is mandatory for the processing and issuance of your Offer Letter.
When Will JPMC Issue Offer Letters?
According to the notice signed by Executive Director Prof. Khalid Sher, the offer letters for all selected Postgraduate Trainees will be issued on the same date.

Required Documents for JPMC Postgraduate Applications (FCPS-II, MCPS, M.Phil, MS/MD)
- Academic Records: Attested copies of Matriculation, Intermediate certificates, and Marks Sheets.
- Medical Degrees: Consolidated Marks Sheet and MBBS/BDS Degree.
- Professional Registration: Valid PM&DC/PMC registration.
- Experience & Training: One-year House Job certificate(s). For clinical M.Phil, two years of valid teaching experience may be required. For specialties, 1-2 years relevant experience is needed.
- Identification: Four recent passport-size photographs and CNIC.
- FCPS-I Certificate: Mandatory for FCPS-II applicants.
- Recommendation: Head of Department recommendation (for MS/MD).
- NOC: If government employee.
- Affidavit: can be collected from account section (For no political involvement etc..)
