The notice was issued on 20 October 2026. The online application portal at www.pgmi.edu.pk opens on 23 October 2026 at 3:00 PM and closes on 6 November 2026 at 4:00 PM. The PGMI Entrance Test will be held on 29 November 2026, with time, venue and roll numbers published on the ETEA website after 21 November.

Important Instructions

1. Applications are accepted online only via http://www.pgmi.edu.pk.
2. Processing fee is Rs 6,000, non-refundable and non-transferable. A separate fee is required for each application.
3. No applications will be accepted after the closing date. Incomplete or erroneous applications can be corrected only after paying a Rs 2,500 correction fee.
4. Upload scanned copies of original documents. Fake documents, concealment of facts or misrepresentation will lead to termination of training, reporting to CPSP/PMC/PMDC, debarment from future PGMI inductions and recovery of stipend.
5. PGMI is not responsible for incorrect entries or choice selections made during the online application.
6. Seat allocation for FCPS-II (first and second fellowship) will be done through PGMI’s official software. If technical issues arise, an interview-based process will be announced on the PGMI website.
7. Applicants using a CPSP FCPS-I exemption must upload the official exemption letter on or before the closing date.
8. Second fellowship candidates must upload the CPSP congratulation/election letter or official email; the FCPS-II result must be announced by the closing date.
9. Only selected candidates submit hard copies of the application and documents with their arrival report at the CEO’s office, PGMI Hayatabad Phase 4, Peshawar (in person or by courier).
10. Foreign candidates apply through their government to the Higher Education Commission, Islamabad. If selected, they pay USD 600 per annum plus the processing fee; their stipend is paid by PGMI as per Executive Council decision.
11. A married female candidate may retain her own domicile unless she voluntarily adopts her husband’s or applies for a change, and must use the same domicile in later admissions.
12. Permanent address on the applicant’s CNIC must be in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; for married females, the husband’s CNIC permanent address must be in KP.
13. No TA/DA will be admissible.

How to Apply

1. Read the induction policy and prospectus on http://www.pgmi.edu.pk.
2. Scan your original documents and keep them ready before the portal opens on 23 October, 3:00 PM.
3. Create your application on the PGMI portal and enter all details carefully — PGMI is not responsible for incorrect entries.
4. Pay the Rs 6,000 processing fee and upload proof.
5. Submit before 6 November 2026, 4:00 PM.
6. Download your roll number from http://www.etea.edu.pk after 21 November and appear in the test on 29 November 2026.
