Required Documents
Applicants must prepare the following documentation for a complete submission. Please ensure all copies are clear and legible:
- PMDC Registration Certificate (or mandatory proof of application)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate
- DIMC Provisional Certificate or Degree Copy
- CNIC Copy
- One Passport-Size Photograph
- Official Transcripts covering the full 5-year academic period
Application Procedure
The application process consists of two mandatory steps: an online submission followed by the physical submission of your documents.
- Online Application: * Navigate to the official DUHS portal: www.webapps.duhs.edu.pk/ho/
- Fill out the required information and upload digital copies of your documents as prompted by the portal.
- Hard Copy Submission: * After completing the online application, compile the physical copies of your required documents.
- Submit the dossier in person to the Administration Office, Ground Floor, Hospital Building, Ojha Campus, Dow University of Health Sciences.
