Overview
The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (KMC), has announced vacant positions for Paid House Officers. This is a primary opportunity for recent medical graduates seeking to complete their house job training at a major public sector tertiary care hospital in Karachi.
Eligibility Criteria To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Qualification: Possess an MBBS degree.
- Institution: Must be a graduate of Karachi Medical & Dental College (KM&DC).
- Residency: Must be a bona fide resident of Karachi.
Remuneration Selected candidates will be provided a monthly stipend of Rs. 45,000/- (Forty-five thousand rupees only) for the duration of the house job.

Required Documents checklist Applicants must prepare a complete application package. Submissions must be enclosed in one (01) plastic cover file and must contain three (03) attested copies of each of the following documents:
- MBBS / BDS Degree or Provisional Certificate
- MBBS / BDS Final Year Marks Sheet
- Valid PMDC Registration
- Domicile Certificate
- Matriculation Certificate
- Valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)
- Three (3) recent passport-size photographs
